FACILITY WEDDING RATES

Weddings and Events Facility Fee Rates

*Rehearsal Dinners & other Casual Affairs:

IN PAVILION: The fee includes the use of our new timber frame pavilion, tables, chairs, linens, and full assistance from our professional event planner who can refer you to the finest services in Vermont i.e.: music, photography/video, wedding cake, transportation etc. 10 - 40 persons $ 550. 41-75 persons $ 750.

IN TENT: The fee includes the use of our Pavilion above plus our unique custom made tents, tables, chairs, linens, & full assistance from our professional event planner who can refer you to the finest services in Vt. i.e.: music, photo/video, wedding cake, transportation etc. etc.
76-100 persons: $1,750.

* There is a 150. fee for set up/ break down of BYOB Bar (bar, linens, coolers, cork screws, included)

*Wedding Receptions & other Formal Affairs:

IN PAVILION: The fee includes the use of our new timber frame pavilion, tables, chairs, linens, china, silver,& full assistance from our professional event planner who can refer you to the finest services in Vermont i.e.: music, photo/video, wedding cake, transportation etc. 10 - 40 persons $950. 41-75 persons $1,750.

TENTED: The fee includes the use of our Pavilion & our unique custom made tent, dining tables, chairs, linens, china, silver, and full assistance from our professional event planner who can refer you to the finest Wedding services in Vermont i.e.: music, photo/video, cake, transportation etc. 76-100 people: $2,500.

*There is a 250. fee for set up/ break down of BYOB Bar (bar, linens, coolers, cork screws, included)
* Pavilion lighting and lanterns included in facility fees
* Additional rentals may apply i.e.: bar glassware, tent lights, dance floor, heaters
*All set up and break down of Pavilion and or tents and trash removal included
*All catering and menu related fees are separate, see menus and price lists
